THE FORM specifies the matter
(the results of the 1st international conference «Molds and tooling for manufacturing the composite products»)
A design process and creation of the form of a future product is one of the most important stages of the technological process for composites manufacturers. And this is not an accident, because an error committed during this stage can “come at a high cost” to the company in literal sense. In the result this will lead to defective products output the volume of which can be measured by tons and in the context of composites, absolutely useless for reprocessing. The result is the financial charges and spent nerves both the manufacturers themselves and the customers for who such work experience with such manufacturers will turn most probably out to be the last. A further production process will depend on the quality of the mold and tooling, on the accuracy of its design.
On June 03, 2010 the leading companies gathered together for discussion of the questions of the design, production and preparation of the molds for work on the 1st international conference dedicated to the molds and tooling for manufacturing the composite products organized by the Union of Composites Manufacturers within the frames of the exhibition «RosMould» in the conference-room of the exhibition hall «Krokus Expo».
The event gathered more than 150 participants that once again proved a huge interest to this subject from a side of manufacturers of the composite products.
